My department purchased a used Engine from Diamond Rescue Supplies in June of 2025. From start to finish, Steven made the process as pain free as possible. His photographs and videos accurately represented the vehicle. Upon arrival to his facility, he allowed us to review the apparatus from top to bottom without pushing a sale, which was a huge positive to me. In addition, he stands behind his product. After the purchase was made but before it shipped, a small coolant leak was identified by Steven's team. Rather than sweeping it under the rug, he notified us of the issue and asked for our local Pierce dealer's contact information so he could arrange the repair.
I wouldn't think twice about dealing with Steven again as he is one of the most honest, kind and fair individuals I have ever met. Diamond Rescue Supplies does not disappoint!

My interactions with Diamond Rescue Supplies were professional from the start. Steven help get my department the engine/tanker that fit our needs perfectly. There were a few things that I noticed need to be addressed on the apparatus, and he quickly got the part to fix the issue. It’s an 2007 international E-1 and it looks and drives like a brand new one. The pump put out more than its rated for. Thank you for your excellent service, and would recommend to any department looking to buy a good used fire truck.
